This policy explains when and how SNAPI Technologies may provide refunds for SNAPIPro and SNAPIBusiness services.
SNAPI Technologies LLC (“SNAPI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides digital call screening and protection services, including SNAPIPro and SNAPIBusiness. Because our services are delivered digitally and on a subscription basis, there are no physical returns. However, we may provide refunds or credits in specific situations described below.
SNAPI services are typically billed on a recurring subscription basis (for example, monthly or annually), as described on our Pricing page or in a separate written agreement for business customers.
By starting a subscription, you authorize SNAPI to charge the payment method on file for the recurring fees until you cancel in accordance with this policy and any applicable terms.
From time to time, we may offer free trials or evaluation periods. During these periods, you can test SNAPI services without being charged for the service fee. Carrier, phone, or data charges from your provider may still apply.
Unless otherwise stated, once a trial ends, standard subscription fees apply and charges are generally non-refundable except as outlined in Section 4.
While subscription fees are usually non-refundable, we may review and, at our discretion, approve a partial or full refund or account credit in situations such as:
